Our Journey
What began in 2012 as the Vehicle Components Service Centre was driven by one goal: to deliver specialist support for caravans, campers, and trailers fitted with Cruisemaster products. Our reputation quickly grew, attracting travellers from across Australia who wanted their caravans, campers and trailers maintained by the people who know them best.
In 2018, we doubled the footprint of the service centre and evolved into the Towing Performance Centre, a name that reflects our expanded focus on helping customers achieve the ultimate towing experience.
By 2025, we opened our second location in Keysborough, Melbourne, making it even easier for travellers in the southern states to access industry-leading servicing, suspension upgrades, and brake retrofits — all backed by Cruisemaster’s trusted expertise.
