Booking Requests
Weight Assessment - Only $75
Our towing weight assessment includes both the tow vehicle and the caravan/trailer in real-world, packed conditions. Simply bring your setup loaded as it would be for a trip.
Wheel Alignment - Only $150
Ensure your caravan, camper, or trailer tracks straight and true with our precision wheel alignment service. Improve handling, reduce tyre wear, and maximise towing safety on every adventure.
1,000km Complimentary Service
If your caravan, camper or trailer is fitted with a Cruisemaster Suspension System, you may be eligible for our free 1,000km First Service.
10,000km / 12-Month Service
This is a full annual check-up designed to keep your caravan or trailer safe and performing long-term. Available on Cruisemaster and other common suspension systems.
Suspension Retrofits
We offer suspension retrofits of Cruisemaster's industry leading range of all-terrain suspension systems designed to suit a variety of on road and off-road applications.
BCS (Body Control System) Upgrades
Fitment of Cruisemaster’s Next Gen. Air System to existing ATX or XT Air Suspension Systems. Upgrading from existing air systems or adding BCS extras such as Wheel Speed Sensors or Advanced Inflation.
Drum-to-Disc Brake Conversions
We offer 12” drum-to-disc brake conversions that deliver stronger, smoother, and more reliable braking — especially under heavy loads or in tough off-road conditions.
Bosch Trailer Safely Control (TSC) Fitment
Bosch TSC is available on Cruisemaster Drum Brake Systems. The age and spec. of the kit will determine the level of additional hardware is required as part of the fitment.
Jayco JTech 2.0 Coil to Air Conversion
Gain flexibility on the campsite and increase your Caravans handling with a JTECH coil to air conversion. Available on JTech 2.0 Suspension Systems.
