Upgrade Service Options

1. Existing ATX Air or XT Air Systems

Upgrade Your Air System – Replace your current air management system with the latest BCS hardware and software for improved precision and performance.

It’s important to note that, while the BCS builds on Cruisemaster’s proven suspension platform, it uses completely new technology and hardware.

  • Existing airbags can be re-used.

  • Existing air control system components are not compatible with the BCS.

  • As part of the upgrade, the majority of air system hardware will be replaced.

2. Convert ATX Coil to ATX Air (with BCS)

The Cruisemaster ATX Suspension System has been designed using the same mounting configuration for both coil spring and airbag, resulting in the two spring types being easily interchangable.

Upgrade your Cruisemaster ATX coil spring system to a full airbag suspension while integrating the BCS in a single install.

3. Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) Kit Fitment

The inclusion of a Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) unlocks the Active Ride and Odometer functions of the Body Control System (BCS). While now standard fitment on BCS builds, as an early release this kit was only available as an additional extra and only on drum brake systems. This can now be retrofitted to existing BCS systems on both drum and disc brake configurations.

4. Advanced Inflation (Optional Extra)

The Advanced Inflation system adds an additional ACM (Air Control Module) to the system allowing for “servo style” semi-auto inflation control. Simply connect the inflation tool to your tyres or accessory, pre-set the desired psi using the control panel or app. and let the system inflate/deflate with precision.

This can either be included in a new BCS fitment as an additional option or added to a pre-fitted BCS system if not part of the original build specs.
