ARRIVING AT OUR BRISBANE TOWING PERFORMANCE CENTRE
Thankyou for entrusting the Towing Performance Centre (TPC) to complete the service work, upgrades or modifications to your vehicle and/or caravan. Upon arrival at the Towing Performance Centre (refer to #1) with your car and/or caravan, we ask that you follow this parking plan to assist with ensuring the safety of our employees who may be working in this area and any other customers or visitors who may be present.
Getting Here
We are located at 352 Bilsen Rd, Geebung, QLD, 4034. Access is available from Bilsen Rd opposite the Queensland Rail building.
TPC Office
Our office is located on the Left hand side of the workshop, please refer to #3 on the site map.
Arrival with a Vehicle Only
Customers arriving with a vehicle only should park in our Visitor Parking (refer to #2) and walk to the TPC Office (refer to #4) for further directions.
Please do not park in any staff parking areas, or car parking assigned to other tenants in the complex.
Arrival with a Caravan
Customers arriving with a caravan should park parallel to the building (and facing north) in the area in front of the TPC Caravan Parking (refer to #3) and walk to the TPC Office (refer to #4) for further directions.
Please do not park across or block any staff parking areas, or car parking assigned to other tenants in the complex.
Once our TPC staff have booked your caravan in, you will be provided with instructions on where to drop the caravan where it will be unattached from your vehicle. Under no circumstances should any customer reverse in the complex or into our service bays without a TPC appointed guide, including vehicles fitted with reverse and/or side view cameras.
The morning caravan and vehicle drop off times coincide with the start time for our employees; thus, reversing without a guide endangers our employees who may be working in this area and any other customers or visitors who may be present.
Collecting a Vehicle or Caravan
Once you have been advised that your caravan or vehicle is ready for collection, we ask that you first park in our Visitor Parking (refer to #2) and walk to the TPC Office (refer to #4) for further directions.
Please do not park in any staff parking areas, or parking assigned to other tenants in the complex.
Reversing Your Caravan
After parking your vehicle and caravan and checking in with one of our TPC team members, you will be escorted to reverse your caravan into the workshop. Please refer to the below diagrams for the preferred method.

Reversing Steps
Step a. > b.
From the parked position at (a) reverse directly back into the staff parking area (b) giving yourself enough room to turn right back down the driveway.
Step b. > c.
Turn right down the main driveway until the caravan is aligned with the roller door directly behind you (c).
Step c. > d.
Reverse directly back through the roller doors as directed by the TPC guide. Both caravan and vehicle will completely enter the shed before parking (d).

Overnight Parking
Please note that the Towing Performance Centre facility does not have the capacity or facilities for customers to park overnight prior to your arrival. The nearest overnight facilities (in order of distance) are:

(16.7km) Bells Caravan Park - 39 Thompson Cres, Clontarf, QLD, 4019
(24.6km) Scarborough Holiday Village - 2 Reef Point Esplanade, Scarborough
